By using Kwik Fill - Kwik Rewards Club program you agree to be bound by the current terms and conditions.
- Kwik Rewards Club Cards may be used at participating company-owned and franchise Kwik Fill/Red Apple locations.
- Kwik Reward Club cards have no cash value and may not be redeemed for cash.
- Kwik Rewards Club Cards remain the property of United Refining Company at all times. United Refining Company reserves the right to cancel any card at any time at their sole discretion.
- United Refining is not responsible for errors resulting from computer hardware or software failures, or from fraud. United Refining expressly disclaims any liability that may result from the terms and conditions of the program.
- Continued participation in the program constitutes your acceptance of the terms and conditions. Cardholders may object to the terms and conditions by no longer using their Kwik Rewards Club Card.
- United Refining reserves the sole right, without notice to change the terms and conditions or terminate the program.
